Be a part of the APEC 2027 Busan Scientific Program!
The APEC 2027 Busan Organizing Committee invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentation through which the most updated research and interesting cases to be shared.
Important Dates
Abstract Submission Ends : 31 August, 2026(23:59 KST)
Acceptance Notification : 28 September, 2026
Presentation Types
1. Free Lectures (Oral only)
Any topics related to the Endodontics.
Oral Presentation: 30 minutes (25 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q&A)
2. Research Presentations (Oral or Poster)
A report of a scientific or clinical investigation
Oral Presentation: 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q&A)
Poster Presentation (for award applicants only): 10 minutes (5 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q&A)
3. Clinical Case Presentations (Poster only)
It should be a demonstration of one or more endodontic cases that are of interest to clinicians due to their complexity of treatment, application of advanced therapeutic techniques or diagnoses.
Cases of didactive value or those describing clinical hints or time-saving procedures may also be presented.
Poster Presentation (for award applicants only): 10 minutes (5 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q&A)

Submission Guidelines
Free Lecture
The abstract should clearly describe the scope, focus, and educational value of the proposed lecture.
Acceptance of Free Lectures is determined at the discretion of the congress scientific committee.
Free Lecture abstracts are not eligible for awards.
Oral & Poster Presentation
Authors may submit abstracts for oral presentation and posters presentation. However, the final presentation type of the accepted abstract is under the discretion of congress scientific committee.
Only one presentation is allowed per person, while co-authors may be listed in multiple abstracts.
Abstract must not have been published in other journals or presented at other conferences previously.
Abstracts reporting incomplete research will not be evaluated.
For poster presentations, only abstracts that apply for awards will be scheduled for a poster presentation session.

Title Title is limited to 25 words.
Body
Abstract shall not be longer than 250 words.
Free Lectures are educational lecture proposals and do not follow a structured abstract format.
Abstract body shall not include any tables, charts or graphics.
Keyword At least 3 and up to 6
Author Information First name, last name, department, affiliation, city, and country of authors shall be stated clearly.
Oral & Poster Presentation
Presentation Type & Topic Please select the presentation type (Research or Clinical Case), the presentation format (Oral or Poster), and a topic.
Title Title is limited to 25 words.
Body
Abstract shall not be longer than 250 words.

Awards
Winners of each category will receive a special certificate and will be awarded during the closing ceremony. If you want your abstract to be considered for awards nomination, please check the appropriate checkbox when you submit your abstract. Abstract that are not checked for awards nomination will not be considered for awards selection.
