Group Registration
We are offering discounted registration rates for groups attending the Congress from APEC member countries as follows:
25+ registrations USD 450 (per person)
50+ registrations USD 400 (per person)
100+ registrations USD 350 (per person)
Group registration is available until the Early Bird registration deadline and is not applicable to students.
For group registration, please kindly contact the APEC 2027 Busan Secretariat at info@apec2027busan.com for further assistance.
We recommend that the group registration fee be paid via wire transfer.
Official Invitation Letter for Visa Application
Once the full payment has been completed, the official invitation letter for visa application will be available for download on My page.
※ Please note that the official invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval.
※ Refunds due to visa denial will be handled in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy.
Payment Method
Credit Card
Payment by credit card is available only through the Online Registration.
VISA, Master, and JCB are accepted.
For security purposes, 3D Secure authentication may be required during the payment process. This authentication requires entering a password previously registered with your card issuer.
All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is “Toss Payments”.
Paypal
Payment via PayPal is available.
All PayPal transaction fees must be borne by the registrant.
Registration will be confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.
In the event of cancellation and refund, PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.
Wire Transfer
All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
A copy of the bank transfer receipt should be sent to the APEC 2027 Busan Secretarial at info@apec2027busan.com. Please ensure that the transfer is made under the registrant’s name, which must be clearly stated on the receipt.
If the sender’s name differs from the registrant’s name, please email a copy of the transfer receipt to the APEC 2027 Busan Secretariat, clearly stating both the registrant’s and sender’s names.
Bank Transfer may take a week to confirm the payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To request cancellation, please click the “Cancellation (Refund) Request” button in the Registration section on My page.
Once your cancellation (refund) request is submitted, the Secretariat will review and process it. The review process may take up to 7 days.
All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after the last day of the Congress. The applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer only, regardless of the original payment method. All bank remittance charges must be borne by the registrant.

Certificate of Attendance
All pre-registered attendees will be able to access and print their certificate of attendance from the My Page section of the website after the conclusion of the conference.
On-site registrants should contact the APEC 2027 Busan Secretariat after the conclusion of the conference.
